Brian Ablett’s training and management experiences spans some 25 years within the airline industry where he developed designed and delivered training for companies including: British Airways, Continental Airlines Inc. and British Caledonian Airlines. Brian now specialises in Management and Staff Development and Customer Focused training and has been working for over nine years, as a freelance trainer for a variety of businesses, running “bespoke” courses in management, staff development and customer service. He is now an Associate for Marlborough Training and Consultancy.
